À medida que ele se aprofunda em nosso cérebro, aparecem mais transtornos. Quando atinge o nó vital ( centro da vida ) ... a morte !&lt;br /&gt;Um indivíduo submetido à uma situação de perigo, e não consegue fugir, a Ansiedade latente se manifesta e mudanças psicossomáticas acompanharão essa situação, além do medo, tristeza, auto-censura etc.&lt;br /&gt;Todavia nem sempre essa situação leva ordinariamente à isso, se o organismo sente-se capaz de fugir com êxito.&lt;br /&gt;Mas as manifestações imediatas independem de qualquer autocontrole, e sua somatização orgânica surgira mais cedo ou mais tarde, e dependendo do limiar da noxa a que foi submetido, teremos muitas das vezes graves consequencias.&lt;br /&gt;A Ansiedade tem muitas formas de expressão, sendo muito séria quando é injustificada por uma situação real.&lt;br /&gt;O indivíduo experimenta uma forma de desassossego geral, de uma tensão ou apreensão, na forma de foobias frente a um objeto indefinido, como temor à loucura, temor de doenças, claustrofobias, medo do futuro etc.&lt;br /&gt;A Ansiedade prejudica as funções mentais, dificultando a concentração, diminuindo a rapidez e a eficiência do trabalho intelectual.&lt;br /&gt;Neste estado o indivíduo dorme mal, intranquilo, com sonhos terroríficos e custam a dormir.&lt;br /&gt;Pode apresentar tremores nas mãos, hiperreflexia, taquicardia, sudorese, inquietude, movimentos agitados, alteração da voz e respiração ruidosa.&lt;br /&gt;Às vezes o indivíduo torna-se loquaz, fala muito de seus temores e preocupaçõoes, ou pelo contrário, está abatido e inibido, que parece mudo !&lt;br /&gt;Muitas vezes ele á permanente, outras vezes se exacerba frente a determinadas situações, como por exemplo, ir ao dentista, viajar de avião etc.&lt;br /&gt;Podem estarem reprimidos durante o dia e se exteriorizarem durante a noite.&lt;br /&gt;Alguns indivíduos que se sentem bem dentro de casa, sofrem um ataque de Ansiedade logo ao sair às ruas.&lt;br /&gt;Ela por sí só pode dar origem ao medo, ao sofrimento antecipado, ao isolamento e à hostilidade. Nessa situação, são amplamente conhecidos&lt;br /&gt;grupos de reforço emocional que auxiliam as pessoas&lt;br /&gt;na perda de peso. A HIPNOTERAPIA tem um papel importante&lt;br /&gt;na reeducação alimentar, reduzindo a ansiedade do paciente,&lt;br /&gt;trabalhando sua compulsividade, auto-estima e força de vontade,&lt;br /&gt;condicionando horários de alimentação, motivação e auto-controle,&lt;br /&gt;bloqueios emocionais (no caso de pacientes com sintomas&lt;br /&gt;psicopatológicos). Os pacientes tratados pela HIPNOTERAPIA&lt;br /&gt;não se sentem sacrificados durante o tratamento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Independente desse suporte, porém, a orientação dietética é fundamental.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dentre as diversas formas de orientação dietética, a mais aceita cientificamente é a dieta hipocalórica balanceada, na qual o paciente receberá uma dieta calculada com quantidades calóricas dependentes de sua atividade física, sendo os alimentos distribuídos em 5 a 6 refeições por dia, com aproximadamente 50 a 60% de carboidratos, 25 a 30% de gorduras e 15 a 20% de proteínas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Não são recomendadas dietas muito restritas (com menos de 800 calorias, por exemplo), uma vez que essas apresentam riscos metabólicos graves, como alterações metabólicas, acidose e arritmias cardíacas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dietas somente com alguns alimentos (dieta do abacaxi, por exemplo) ou somente com líquidos (dieta da água) também não são recomendadas, por apresentarem vários problemas. Dietas com excesso de gordura e proteína também são bastante discutíveis, uma vez que pioram as alterações de gordura do paciente além de aumentarem a deposição de gordura no fígado e outros órgãos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A IMPORTÂNCIA DE EXERCÍCIOS FÍSICOS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;É importante considerar que atividade física é qualquer movimento corporal produzido por músculos esqueléticos que resulta em gasto energético e que exercício é uma atividade física planejada e estruturada com o propósito de melhorar ou manter o condicionamento físico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O exercício apresenta uma série de benefícios para o paciente obeso, melhorando o rendimento do tratamento com dieta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Uma dieta saudável deve ser sempre incentivada já na infância, evitando-se que crianças apresentem peso acima do normal. A dieta deve estar incluída em princípios gerais de vida saudável, na qual se incluem a atividade física, o lazer, os relacionamentos afetivos adequados e uma estrutura familiar organizada. No paciente que apresentava obesidade e obteve sucesso na perda de peso, o tratamento de manutenção deve incluir a permanência da atividade física e de uma alimentação saudável a longo prazo. Esses aspectos somente serão alcançados se estiverem acompanhados de uma mudança geral no estilo de vida do paciente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Normalmente é muito raro um tratamento de obesidade acompanhado de uma supervisão psicológica, que é fundamental em pessoas portadoras de obesidade mórbida ou com tendências.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Está evidente que todo tipo de dieta alimentar apenas surtirá efeitos temporários nos portadores de problemas emocionais não resolvidos, sendo que num momento de estressamento, ansiedade ou depressão - o paciente utiliza, como fuga ou muleta - o alimento !, então todo sacrifício com as dietas é em vão !, em pouco tempo a pessoa volta a ganhar peso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aqui fica um alerta para os obesos que possuem problemas emocionais de qualquer espécie ! - Procure um acompanhamento psicoterapeutico, antes ou durante qualquer tratamento médico. Essa luta nos leva a pensar que existe dor e tristeza quando se é obeso. Para mudanças ocorrerem é necessário que haja responsabilidade naquilo que se compromete, no caso seria "Emagrecer".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#000000;"&gt;Atualmente ninguém engorda porque quer, mas sim porque tem padrões alimentares e de atividade física distorcidos. Come-se por vários motivos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;cheguei em casa bem desanimada, pois os meus dias serão bem corridos, levo 30 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;minutos pra levar meu filho pra escola + 40 minutos pra ir pra academia +1:20h &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;de exercícios + 40 minutos pra voltar da academia + 30 minutos pra pegarmeu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;filho na escola....achei que não iria conseguir, ai entrei ontem na &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;comunidadeEMAGRECER: TERAPIA DE CHOQUE no diário da Bianca, e li o texto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;que ela postou ontem: DESCULPAS FAZ MAL ....muitas de nós vivemosa vida toda &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;dando desculpas....estava convicta que o melhor era desistir.... mas as palavras &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;da Bianca me fizeram parar pra pensar e analisar como estava sendo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;fraca,serviram pra eu cair na real e parar de dar desculpas, se eu quero &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;EMAGRECER e SER FELIZ tenho que enfrentar todos os obstáculos por maiores &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;nossos OBJETIVOS e da nossa FELICIDADE.... Se eu tiver que enfrentaressa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;jornada todos os dias da minha vida pra VOLTAR A VIVERe ser FELIZ irei &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span animar em comunidades sobre dieta, reeducação alimentar, exercícios e de repente paro pra pensar e vejo que ninguém está nem ai pra mim, não recebo o apoio de ninguém, tentando conquistar a atenção das pessoas, mas sei que não posso contar com ninguém pois estou nessa batalha sozinha....&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span infelizmente terei que esperar alguns dias.... Pois estou sem verba essa semana.... Mas já um grande avanço.... Se possível imprimam e coloquem no quarto, ou na geladeira!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Nada de se desesperar: esqueça as dietas muito restritivas ou que prometem um grande emagrecimento em um período pequeno de tempo. A longo prazo o resultado é desastroso.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Comece fazendo um diário com os alimentos que você ingere todos os dias. Você perceberá os erros e se autocorrigirá. Além disso, só o fato de fazer o controle, fará com que você coma menos alimentos calóricos demais, tipo chocolates, doces e salgadinhos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Estabeleça uma rotina alimentar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Estipule cinco refeições por dia, com horários para que elas aconteçam. E cumpra.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. Analise os rótulos dos alimentos. Muitas vezes, os alimentos light contêm uma pequena diferença na quantidade calórica, que nem compensa a troca.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. Prefira os alimentos integrais. Eles contêm mais nutrientes e fibras, que fazem um bem danado para o seu organismo. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;7. Opte por leites e derivados desnatados. A menor quantidade de gordura significa menos colesterol e calorias na sua alimentação.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;8. Cuidado com os embutidos (mortadela, salame, presunto). Eles carregam uma quantidade considerável de gordura, colesterol e sódio.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;9. Escolha embutidos com menor quantidade de gordura como, por exemplo, o peito de peru.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;10. Não fique mais do que 4 horas sem se alimentar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;11. Faça lanchinhos entre as refeições, hábito essencial para uma alimentação saudável.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;12. Para esses lanches, opte por alimentos fáceis de serem obtidos e carregados na bolsa, como iogurte, barrinha de cereais, frutas e bolacha salgada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;13. Coma pelo menos 2 frutas por dia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;14. Consuma as frutas (maçã, pêra, uva) com casca. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;15. Saladas e legumes devem fazer parte da sua alimentação diária.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; 1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. Evite preparações altamente calóricas como gratinadas, fritas, à parmegiana, à milanesa e quatro queijos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;17. Tempere as saladas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;18. O azeite tem gorduras boas para o coração. Mas isso não quer dizer que ele não seja calórico. Se a intenção é emagrecer, use com muita moderação.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;19. Doces devem ser evitados, principalmente bolos recheados, tortas, bomba de chocolate.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;20. Prefira os sanduíches naturais aos oferecidos pelos fast-foods.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; 21. Atum e sardinha em conserva são ótimos para uma salada ou um sanduíche. Mas lembre-se: utilize a versão light, conservada em água, não em óleo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;22. Prefira as carnes menos calóricas, como peixe, frango e cortes magros de carne bovina.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;23. Retire a pele do frango.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;24. Cuidado com os molhos à base de maionese para temperar saladas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;25. Prefiras os picolés ao sorvete de massa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;26. Sucos naturais são uma ótima pedida para se refrescar. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;27. No verão, abuse da água de coco.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;28. Evite bebidas gaseificadas, mesmo as que não contêm calorias, como água e refrigerantes light.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;29. Durante a refeição, beba somente um copo pequeno (200 mL) de líquidos. Assim a digestão não ficará prejudicada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;30. Um grama de álcool tem 9 calorias. Já um grama de carboidratos ou proteínas contém apenas 4 calorias: ou seja, aquele copinho de cerveja engorda bem mais do que um pedaço de pão. Portanto, evite as bebidas alcoólicas se o objetivo é emagrecer.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; 31. Se for a um barzinho, evite os petiscos fritos, amendoins e castanhas de caju.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;32. Não vá ao supermercado com fome. Isso somente fará com que não resista quando passar pela gôndola de doces e salgadinhos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;33. Beba muita água, pelo menos, 2 litros por dia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;34. Cuidado com o café. Beba, no máximo, 4 xícaras por dia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;35. Inicie a refeição com um prato grande de saladas (folhas e legumes cozidos).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;36. Se exagerar em algum dia, não desista. Consegui sair da casa dos três digítos e isso já é uma vitória e tanto....Apesar de ter tido uma crise ontem de compulsão...Depois que me pesei me animei novamente.... Essa semana apesar da sabotagem eliminei 500g....Parece pouco, mas pra mim já é muiiiiiiiiiiito importante, não quero eliminar peso rapidamente, quero qualidade de vida, quero ficar magra o resto da minha vida.... Parei de caminhar faz uma semana, por que iria começar a frequentar a academia, mas estou sem coragem... Terei que tomar uma atitude pois não percebi que não estou perdendo peso nessa semana e com certeza e pela falta de exercício... Tenho que parar um pouco e decidir o que vou fazer.... Se vou continuar a caminhada pela manhã ou se conseguirei enfrentar o desafio da academia....
